Pioneer Interactive inc. recognizes that Service Contracts are a big part of your business and has created a feature that allows you to set the parameters and rules of your contracts such as setting up start dates and end dates for the contracts, which parts, equipment and labor rate are covered under the contracts. Alerting you when a service call comes in that the client is covered by a contract and most importantly alerts you when the contract is up for renewal or termination.
