How to create a new Service Call within the Schedule Board
There might be a case that even before recording the Service Calls you might know in advance for this call which technician you would like to dispatch and/or what Date/Time you would like to schedule. In this case instead of creating a new Service Call as described here you could save you some data entry by following the steps below.
Select some Cells of a technician (or the Unassigned technician for that matter) on the board and then click on the button New Service Call found on Slot Details Pane, doing so will save you the step to select a technician and Start and End time for the schedule on the new Service Call.
